Branzino is a delicate white fish, also known as Mediterranean sea bass. It's long been a central part of diets in Italy and Greece.

This is sustainably farmed branzino (from the Campania coast), grilled and then hand-packed in olive oil. It's completely delicious out of the tin, with none of the "fishyness" that some people dislike about tinned seafood.
